Extended Stay America Suites - Phoenix - Mesa

The staff is very understanding and value your needs and wants. I am very grateful for the owner for understanding that my husband did not have an i.d. but a paperwork to put on file for my booking. She allowed us for the entire stay to have the issue we came across to be taken under consideration and not make us be booted out.

We thought employee Alyssa was outstanding!! She was professional, cheerful, helpful and courteous. Top notch! Room was clean and smelled clean!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Nick at front desk, my reservation was wrong and he fixed it right away. He also was able to get us in our room a little earlier. He is an excellent worker, very friendly. My husband and I both appreciated him.

I love how I feel the min I walk in the door I have had a hard month and with alot of stress when I walk in those doors I feel safe I can relax and really rest and best of all is smile and know for that day everything is going to be OK thank you
